Returns & Refunds

At Hevby, we go above and beyond to keep our gorgeous nap society happy. We always stand behind the quality and beauty of our products and know that you will love them as much as we do. But we also understand that sometimes plans change or mistakes can happen. That’s why we offer an easy return policy.  

Returns:

• We have a 30 day return policy for any unused, undamaged, unwashed products with all the original tags and packaging still on. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used or washed.
• You can easily start your return process by using our returns portal, which will guide you through the required steps. 
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless you receive a faulty product or there is a mistake on our end. 
• Each return is subject to a fee of $9.95. 

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. The most direct way of going for an exchange is to return the item you have purchased through our return portal and to repurchase a new one.

Refunds:

• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Once approved, it typically takes 5-7 business days for refunds to reach you, depending on your bank.
