What to Expect After Purchase?

At Hevby, we go above and beyond to ensure our lovely nap society has the care-free purchase experience they deserve. We take care of everything, so you can focus entirely on counting sheep. Here are the steps your Hevby products will take before making their way to you:

Confirmation of purchase:

Once you place your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase and detailing your order number. This order number is important for you to check the status of your order later on.

It typically takes a few minutes for this confirmation mail to reach you. If you haven’t received anything after a while, we suggest that you check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see the confirmation, please reach out to us for assistance at hello@hevby.com so we can sort it out as soon as possible.

Processing:

On our end, once we receive your order, we immediately get to work. Allow for 2 business days for us to locate and pack your products so they get safely to you.

Please kindly note that for any requests of cancellation or change of address, it is important to let us know at hello@hevby.com as soon as possible, before the item is shipped. Once shipped, we can neither cancel the order nor change the delivery address.

Shipment:

After our processing your Hevby goodies will be ready for dispatch. Once your package is dispatched by our delivery partner, you will receive an email with details, including your tracking code. For all domestic orders, delivery times are around 2-5 business days. For international orders delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
